Consulting + Coaching:

Alyssa Schukar offers photo consulting, editing, and coaching services. She loves helping photographers refine their portfolios, develop projects and pitches, and establish sustainable business practices.

She also applies her obsessive love of details and organization to help nonprofits develop their digital asset management.

Alyssa is happy to answer questions young photographers have about the industry. This is free of charge in the interest of paying it forward, though she limits availability to one zoom session or phone call.

To get started, send her an email.

Speaking + Workshops

In 2019, Alyssa and two colleagues launched Prism Photo Workshop, which provides support and advocacy for young photographers of diverse backgrounds. Prism is proud to collaborate with Sony, The Chris Hondros Fund, CatchLight, the Missouri Photo Workshop, the Chuck Case Memorial Scholarship Fund, and the National Press Photographers Association.

Alyssa has served as a co-director and returning faculty member at the Missouri Photo Workshop, which connects early-career photographers with industry leaders who guide them through the process of narrative, documentary storytelling. Alyssa is proud to be part of this 75-year-long celebration of small-town life.
